RS Group was formed by the merger of Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics — bringing brokerage and warehousing capability under one roof to serve shippers across the Southeast and nationwide.

The merger story
RS Group is the union of two established logistics operators — Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics. The merger was a deliberate move to expand the service offering, broaden the customer base, and compete at scale: where each company had strengths on its own, together they cover more of what a shipper actually needs.
The result is uncommon in freight brokerage: deep brokerage and warehousing capability in one company, a large vetted carrier network, and an Atlanta base with drayage and transload proximity to the Southeast port lanes and Hartsfield-Jackson. One team coordinates the move, the storage, and the specialized work — so freight does not fall through the gaps between vendors.
